What we are not

You are buying whisky, not an investment. Whisky casks are not regulated by the FCA. We make no claim about future value or resale price.

  • We do not give financial advice, and we are not regulated by the FCA.
  • We do not tell you what a cask will be worth later, and we do not buy casks back.
  • We do not bottle, sell bottles or samples, or deliver whisky. The cask stays in the bonded warehouse.
  • We are not a distillery, and we do not act for any distillery. Distillery names on our site are plain facts about where a whisky was made.
  • We do not phone or message people out of the blue to sell casks.
  • We do not hold your cask: the bonded warehouse does, registered in your name.
