Cask introducer: permitted activity
This is the agreement every approved cask introducer works under. It is plain terms, not enforcement logic: approval, suspension, and every decision about an individual introduction are made by an admin, not by anything automated on this page.
What's allowed
You may privately introduce a specific, named person to a specific cask currently listed on this platform, but only someone who has already, independently, expressed real interest in buying a cask, and who has given you their permission to be introduced to us by name. That is the entire scope of the activity.
What's explicitly prohibited
None of the following is ever permitted, under any circumstance, by an approved introducer:
- Promising or implying any particular financial return.
- Publishing or sharing growth forecasts or price projections of any kind.
- Describing a cask, or its future value, as guaranteed.
- Giving investment advice of any kind.
- Negotiating price or terms on the platform's behalf.
- Collecting money from a buyer at any point, for any reason.
- Creating public adverts, social posts, listings, or any other promotional material.
- Altering, paraphrasing, or adding to any approved wording: you may only share exactly what the platform itself provides, unchanged.
No public promotion, ever
There is no public introducer directory, no shareable public link, and no way to generate promotional content through the platform, by design. Every introduction is a private, named submission about a specific person who has already asked to be introduced, reviewed by an admin. Anything that looks like open cask promotion is a breach of this agreement and grounds for suspension.
If this agreement is breached
An admin can suspend or reject an introducer's status at any time. A suspended or rejected introducer can no longer submit new leads. This agreement, and your continued approval, exists entirely at the platform's discretion.
